Homeowners of Ashmoor Parke:
As many of you know, the costs of maintaining our community have steadily increased over the years. Rising expenses related to legal services, common-area upkeep, water usage, and lighting have made it necessary for the HOA to adjust annual dues from $100 to $200. This is our first dues increase since 2017.
We understand that any increase can be frustrating for families, and this decision was not made lightly. We posed this as a possibility at the 2025 annual Homeowners meeting in February. However after much discussion, it is essential to keep our budget healthy so we can continue maintaining the high standards that make our neighborhood one of the most sought-after and affordable communities in Bowling Green.
